Caribee are an Australian manufacturer of travel goods. They were established in 1982 and have since gone on to be one of the market leaders in Australia for backpacks, sleeping bags, travel packs, travel accessories and tents. Caribee's name is derived from a South American piranha like species know scientifically as the Pygocentrus nattereri or Caribe. Caribee have always brought out innovative products but in 2007 they brought out the Fast Track which went on to break the boundaries between backpackers and regular holiday makers.
