One of the most exciting suitcases in years has just been released in Australia, made by long standing British company Antler who have been in business almost 90 years.
The new range is called "Size Zero" named after the infamous catwalk models. The "Size Zero" suitcases have been made to be as light as possible whilst remaining strong, the large case weighs just 3.6kg which is according to Antler "Probably the worlds lightest case". If you compare that weight you will find that a lot of cabin size cases actually weigh more than the "Size Zero's" large case. Also in the range is a "medium roller case" and a "cabin roller case" that come in at 3.0 and 2.6 kg. As airlines get tighter with their luggage weight restrictions due to the increase in fuel costs the "Size Zero" lightweight luggage range seems to be the perfect answer to avoid any excess baggage charges.
The cases have also been tested to the max as each component has been exclusively developed just for the "Size Zero" range, from the luggage trolley system to the wheels and zipper pullers. New standards were reached by the case in the heavy weight stacking test, high intensity tumble test and the luggage handling system test.
The lightweight luggage was recently featured in an editorial in the Sunday Telegraph, for the full article click here.
Antler Size Zero cases can be purchased through The Luggage Professionals.
